Next time you feel hungry ask yourself this......." do I REALLY need to eat"................probably not! Let yourself go through this and allow your insulin levels to drop and your body to use stored fat as energy. it takes 24 hours for the metabolism to drop in response to lack of food (no 2-3 hours).
Practice this a few times and you will adapt to eating less and only when genuinely hungry.
BUT beware the side effects from this is weight loss!!
Organise kids pamper party
Thank you so much to Fiona for a fantastic unicorn party. It was so well thought out, the children were engaged the whole time and they loved the face painting and having their nails done. This was for my daughters 9yrs old party and it was just what we wanted.
