Massage is easily our most popular pamper party treatment and dates back over 3000 years. It has many benefits which are varied and far reaching. Massage will stimulate the blood flow through the body bringing nutrient oxygen rich blood into the soft tissues whilst removing the toxins and waste.
Muscles are regenerated and rejuvenated leaving you feeling wonderfully loose and totally refreshed afterwards.
There are a few massage options available within our pamper party packages with different time lengths on offer and you can choose for just back neck & shoulders or a full body massage.
