Cancellation Policy

Bookings cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been paid
The £50 deposit is non returnable
If the party is cancelled a full refund minus the £50 deposit will be made up until 2 weeks prior to the event date
If the party is cancellled less than 2 weeks prior to the event date only 50% is refunded
If the party is cancelled within 7 days of the party date no refund is given
It is the full responsibility of the client to ensure there is enough room for the treatments to be held. If the therapist cannot do their work due to restricted space. no refund will be given.
