10 ways to improve your health/life
- try dunking your face into carbonated water, the water is absorbed into the skin, waste within the pores is pulled out, pores are tightened and the cleaned pores will be full of water
- drink plenty of water, greentea or healthy alternative
- eat plenty of fresh raw fruit and veg
- go for a walk, swim or bike ride daily
- get at least 7 hours sleep every night
- dont dwell in the past- live in the moment
- take up yoga
- live in a tidy enviroment
- do things you enjoy
- avoid processed foods
